Since 2008, the house are being numbered, however, if you ask for an address you will probably hear something like "That is close to Medinastreet, left next the house of the Father of Achmed, oppossite the Druggstore....."
Hotspots like the Airport, citycentre, musea and temples however are easy to find. Many signs (in English) will point you the way.
